Chan kahing’s Profile

Chan kahing joined MTVchina in april 2005 , as Creative Director ,squeezing out  creative juices all over the channel ,and digging out creative talents through the M-id recruitment in China. Prior to MTV , Kahing was one of the founder of the creative group Dajoint in H.K. Well known at his mix medium animation techniques to the TV commercial. Previous to these , he served as visual director and creative director at Centro Digital Pictures, and Channel V. Kahing is a multi-faceted artist known for his exceptional talent in drawing ,painting , calligraphy ,and sculpting. In the mid nineties ,Kahing and friends created “Freaks Rendezvous “ that pioneered the avant-garde ,experimental video in Hongkong. His stop-motion and 3D works had been invited to major international film and animation festivals. Also won him awards including Promax Rocket Award 1999, BDA Intl’ Design Award 2000 , Intercom, IDN, Planet studio Awards and Autodesk Animation Contest .
